JONATHAN WHITE

Dr. Jon White oversees a broad portfolio at Stansell Electric, supporting the organization across injury free, talent, virtual construction, fabrication, and logistics and inventory management. His work is rooted in a simple conviction: people come first. Whether he is developing talent, shaping culture, or building the systems that keep the company running, his focus is on the whole person and the experience each team member has on their team.

Jon came to Stansell in 2014 after 15 years in large corporations including Marriott, Dell, and Asurion, where he worked across operations, human resources, strategic planning, information technology, and mobile app development. He made the move to Stansell deliberately, drawn to a family-owned company with a strong people-focused culture and the chance to be home with his family every day. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from MTSU, a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Cumberland University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Trevecca University. He also holds his SPHR certification.

Jon serves on the boards of Goodwill of Middle Tennessee, Donelson Christian Academy, and Be Together. Outside of work, he is Andrea's husband and dad to eight kids, who are his why. When he gets the chance, he loves traveling with the family, and he is an avid duck hunter.
